When a team feels connected to one another with strong communication and a respectful understanding of each other at a human level, they soar.

They’re effective and productive. They are made up of inspired employees, and they establish strong and stable client relationships. 

Most employee’s overall satisfaction with work is directly related to who they work with on a daily basis, so when those relationships are built on a strong foundation, teams thrive and people are invested in the company and the work.

The truth is many agency teams aren’t like this. There's often miscommunication, or lack of communication entirely. There’s micromanaging, or checking-out. There’s mis-prioritization, conflict or defensiveness and often focusing on things that don’t move the needle. There’s often a lack of respect for who people are outside of work, which leads to burnout. There can be unspoken fear and mistrust. All this generally leading to dissatisfaction among employees, and oftentimes, an attrition problem for the agency.

Energy Leadership is a science-based approach which helps teams and individuals tap into their highest levels of energy and step into their leadership, leading to greater fulfillment, improved performance and joy in the workplace. 

 

At Create + Lead, we know that Energy Leadership Workshops are a powerful way to begin to build those symbiotic and connected teams.

As trained facilitators in Energy Leadership, we begin with an individual personalized Energy Leadership Assessment for each team member and then follow up with a workshop where the full team comes together with Jennifer and Kim.  This process allows us to measure individual and team’s common mindsets, energies and stress responses. And with this insight, we then work as a group to build strategies for greater team awareness and cohesiveness - ultimately increasing performance for the team.

The Energy Leadership™ methodology is based on psychotherapy, positive psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), mentoring, quantum physics, philosophical/ontological studies, adult and accelerated learning research, emotional intelligence, leadership development, martial arts, and more. 

The ELI Assessment is different from a personality or work-style assessment. The ELI measures the current level of consciousness, leadership ability and current level of engagement and satisfaction for each participant at any given time. Results can fluctuate over time as participants increase awareness and choice in their lives. Many of our clients use the ELI assessment in accompaniment with other assessments like DISC, Myers-Briggs or Strengths Finder.

 

Teams can expect to:

  • Gain an understanding of how to use the 7 levels of energy to understand how people think and act within the workplace. They’ll be able to choose energies with purpose and raise them for greater impact in all areas.

  • Learn to implement specific techniques to shift energy levels to inspire peak performance and wellbeing.

  • Gain greater awareness of who they are as a leader and a manager to motivate their own self and others.

  • Find ways to inspire respect and confidence in your teams

  • Discover new ways of communication with team members

 

How It Works:

  • Teams of 6-12 participants

  • 4-week process

  • Week 1: Each team member will receive a link to an ELI assessment which takes about 30 minutes to complete; they will have one week to complete the assessment

  • Weeks 2 & 3: Jennifer and Kim will schedule individual debrief sessions of the ELI assessments 

  • Week 4: Virtual or in-person workshop, lasting 4 hours with 30 minute break
