Energy Leadership is a science-based approach which helps teams and individuals tap into their highest levels of energy and step into their leadership, leading to greater fulfillment, improved performance and joy in the workplace.
At Create + Lead, we know that Energy Leadership Workshops are a powerful way to begin to build symbiotic and connected teams.
As trained facilitators in Energy Leadership, we begin with an individual personalized Energy Leadership Assessment for each team member and then follow up with a workshop where the full team comes together with Jennifer and Kim.
This process allows us to measure individual and team’s common mindsets, energies and stress responses. And with this insight, we then work as a group to build strategies for greater team awareness and cohesiveness - ultimately increasing performance for the team.
The ELI Assessment is different from a personality or work-style assessment. The ELI measures the current level of consciousness, leadership ability and current level of engagement and satisfaction for each participant at any given time. Results can fluctuate over time as participants increase awareness and choice in their lives. Many of our clients use the ELI assessment in accompaniment with other assessments like DISC, Myers-Briggs or Strengths Finder.

How It Works:
Teams of 6-12 participants
The process
Week 1: Each team member will receive a link to an ELI assessment which takes about 30 minutes to complete; they will have one week to complete the assessment
Weeks 2 & 3: Jennifer and Kim will schedule individual debrief sessions of the ELI assessments
Week 4: Virtual or in-person 4 hour workshop with 30 minute break
