Leadership Bootcamp

Build confidence in your leaders.

“I came to the Leadership Bootcamp feeling frustrated with burnout, struggling to set boundaries and lacking confidence in how to lead a team. After several weeks together, I am a force to be reckoned with.

The Leadership Bootcamp

The Leadership Bootcamp, is a highly-focused group coaching program for leaders in the creative industry to embody emotional leadership and step into the next level of their career. It addresses key issues that lead to burnout, imposter syndrome and will create lasting change from the inside out.

We developed The Leadership Bootcamp because it’s something we so yearned for when we were both rising into our leadership.

We believe a leader who is fully engaged across all aspects of their career and life - can see opportunities that others don’t. They’re inspiring to be around. They create synthesis among people, elevate the quality of work and garner the respect of others. When leaders reach this level of engagement, they feel greater confidence and fulfillment.

Our 6 session group program breaks down the elements of leadership and shows participants the tools for how to create their own personal blueprints of who they are as leaders.

The Leadership Bootcamp is about insight and impact. Participants will gain insights about themselves that will greatly impact how they show up in the workplace and in their lives.

The Bootcamp Outline

  • Session 1: Energy Leadership Assessments

Discover how energy affects views of the world and the workplace. As trained Energy Leadership (ELI) practitioners, Jennifer and Kim will analyze, debrief and facilitate the assessments.

  • Session 2: Values Meets Vision

Become aware of what they really value in their lives and how those are showing up for them currently. Utilizing the values blueprint to create a vision map for moving forward.

  • Session 3: Hide Nothing

Consider the fears that get in the way of leaders showing up most effectively in their roles. We create space to embrace vulnerability, name the fears to embody their leadership more fully and drive stronger and more connected teams.

  • Session 4: Power Of Engagement

Explore how engagement relates to boundaries at work to give more choice, expand capabilities and create energy.

  • Session 5: Self Advocacy

Discuss what truly advocating for themselves looks like and how to build the muscle of authenticity and confidence with intention.

  • Session 6: Activating Leadership

Redefine what leadership means both personally and within the organization. Analyze the metrics for a successful leader and design a personal mission statement for leadership.
